Siox Customer support

  • Technical support is available on our website as well as email 24 hours a day, 7 days of the week. Technical support is also available via telephone 8 hours a day Monday thru Friday from 10am to 6pm.
  • Azure assists in monitoring Siox servers and databases, checks on the status, implements upgrades and changes.
  • The response time for any production circumstance is 48 hours within the working week, Monday thru Friday.
  • 4 hours of intervention time and 24 hours to work out the issue time are available within the business hours of 10am to 6pm, Monday thru Friday.
  • Professional and Enterprise solutions will be defined within the frame of the contract.
